1. What cookies are
This notice explains how Prime Move Group LLC (“WageSignals”) uses cookies and similar technologies on wagesignals.com.
Cookies are small data files placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. There are session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which stay until they expire or you delete them). There are also first-party cookies, set by the site you visit, and third-party cookies, set by other companies, which can recognize your device on other sites.
2. Which types we use
• Essential — set by WageSignals. They are necessary for technical operation: keeping you signed in if you have an account, protecting forms, limiting abuse and remembering your browser’s time zone (for example “America/Chicago”) so we know what day it is for you and can calculate your shifts, weeks and pay periods correctly. We also remember whether you use the app on a phone or a computer screen, so we send you only that version of each page. The time zone is not your exact location. They do not require your consent and cannot be turned off from the notice; you can block them in your browser, but the Service may stop working.
• Functionality — set by WageSignals. They remember your cookie choice. They are kept in your browser's local storage and you can clear them from its settings.
• Analytics — optional and off until you accept them. They help us understand in aggregate how the product is used: which pages are visited, at which step people leave the calculator or which errors appear. Events do not include your amounts, your rate, your salary or your address. They are controlled with the cookie notice and the button at the end of this page.
• Advertising — we do not use them.
• Social media — we do not use them.
3. Other technologies
Browser web storage: we use local storage (HTML5) to remember your cookie choice. Your browser lets you clear it.
Web beacons or pixels: we do not use advertising pixels or cross-site tracking pixels.
Session replay: we do not use tools that record your clicks, movements or what you type.
Third-party software development kits (SDKs): the Service does not include advertising or social media SDKs.
4. Third-party cookies when paying or signing in
If you pay for a plan, payment happens on a Stripe page; if you sign in with Google, you pass through a Google page. Those companies set their own cookies on their pages, mainly for security and fraud prevention, under their own policies. We do not set or control them.
5. Your choices
Cookie notice and preferences: the first time you visit the site you can choose “Essential only” or “Accept all”, or configure each category. Both options carry the same weight and neither changes what you can do in the app. You can change your choice at any time with the button at the end of this page.
Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends the GPC signal, we keep analytics off without asking.
Blocking cookies in your browser: most browsers let you remove or reject cookies in their settings. If you disable them, you may need to sign in on every visit or some features may not work properly.
Because we do not use interest-based advertising, there are no advertising opt-outs to configure.
6. Changes and questions
We will update this notice if the technologies we use change; the date above shows the last review. To learn more about how we handle your information, see the Privacy Policy. If you have questions, write to us through the contact form on wagesignals.com.
